Ingedients:

1          3-4lb venison roast
2          large Onions- cubed
1          cup of celery – chopped
4          garlic cloves

2          cans of regular Cola (Coke or Pepsi is fine, try to avoid diet cola)

1/4       cup of raisins (optional)
Hamburger Buns & BBQ Sauce

Poke holes in the roast with a  fork. Place Roast in Crock Pot with Salt, Pepper, Onion, celery, garlic and Cola. Slow cook all day on low to medium heat.

After cooking –In a large bowl, Remove meat and shred or break apart. Add veggies (strained) from the crock pot.  Mix with BBQ sauce (Quantity to personal taste).  Add raisins, if desired.  Mix well and serve on a bun.
