4-6 Walleye Filets
1 cup Seasoned Bread crumbs
1 cup Instant mashed Potato flakes
Dip walleye filets in beaten eggs. Mix bread crumbs, potato flakes in equal amounts, and add parmesan cheese to taste. Size of the filets will determine amount of flakes and bread crumbs needed. Dip fish into bread crumb/potato flake mix. Lightly salt before baking. Bake at 450 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, or until filets flake easily when pulled apart by a fork.
