6 walleye Filets
1/2 cup Flour
1 cup finely crushed Saltines
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Water
Seasoning salt to taste
Fryer oil or Vegetable shortening
Directions:
Combine crackers, garlic and seasoning salt in a medium bowl. Scramble the eggs and add flour and water in a small separate bowl. Melt shortening in deep fryer and heat to 350-400 degrees. Toss filets in the egg mixture, and then coat the fillets in the crumb mixture until covered. Carefully add to fryer, and cook until done.
