Campfire Bacon Wrapped Walleye
- Catch walleye
- Season walleye to taste
- Cut walleye fillets lengthwise to be narrower than bacon.
- Put walleye on top of bacon slice and roll.
- Finished roll will resemble a pinwheel
- Hold together with toothpicks.
- Cook on a skillet over the campfire until both bacon and fish are cooked fully.
