Ingredients
- Any Fish Fillet you like (Fresh of course)
- Butter
- Cajun Seasoning or (Any seasoning you prefer)
Instructions
- Place you fish fillets in a Glass baking dish or a cookie sheet lined with tin foil
- Spray the baking dish or tin foil with cooking spray so the fish won’t stick
- Add a pad of butter on top of each fillet
- Sprinkle on your cajun seasoning, or any seasoning you prefer
- Set your oven on broil
- Broil for 7 to 10 minutes
- You can turn them over if you like, but George doesn’t recommend it as the fillets may break apart.
