Broiled Cajun Fish/walleye

Ingredients

  • Any Fish Fillet you like (Fresh of course)
  • Butter
  • Cajun Seasoning or (Any seasoning you prefer)

Instructions

  1. Place you fish fillets in a Glass baking dish or a cookie sheet lined with tin foil
  2. Spray the baking dish or tin foil with cooking spray so the fish won’t stick
  3. Add a pad of butter on top of each fillet
  4. Sprinkle on your cajun seasoning, or any seasoning you prefer
  5. Set your oven on broil
  6. Broil for 7 to 10 minutes
  7. You can turn them over if you like, but George doesn’t recommend it as the fillets may break apart.
