Bluegill Cocktail

Boil a pot of water, and add a generous amount of salt.

Add skinless bluegill filets and boil about one-two minutes or until done (depends on the thickness of the filet).

Remove from boiling water and place in a bowl of ice water until chilled.  Serve like shrimp.

Dip in cocktail sauce.
