Bluegill Chip Dip

Requires:

16 bluegill filets (8 fish)

Salt

Pepper

Butter

Onion

Miracle whip/Mayo

 Place filets on a tin foiled cookie sheet ,salt an pepper to taste.  Add a couple tablespoons of melted butter over the filets and bake in the oven for 15 min. at 325.  Place completed fillets in the refrigerator to chill. 

Once chilled, crumble filets with a fork and add diced onion an 1/3 cup miracle whip/mayo..mix together

Serve with crackers, chip, or prepare as a sandwich.
