Listening Session On Lake Winnebago Aquatic Vegetation Issues

State Senator Randy Hopper says a listening session at the U-W Fond du Lac next Monday night is a chance for residents to talk about the problems they've had with aquatic vegetation choking parts of Lake Winnebago. Hopper says they know from contacts they've received at his Senate office that it is a real problem. He says they will try to formulate some type of game plan over the winter months. Among those who will attend are county officials, state legislators, and Department of Natural Resources representatives. Hopper says the session truly is about hearing what residents have to say on the problem. The listening session will be in the Prairie Theater at the U-W Fond du Lac campus from 6:30 to 8 p.m. next Monday night
